A Movement for Change in Law Enforcement

The 30x30 Initiative is a nationwide campaign designed to increase the number of women in policing while improving workplace culture and retention. Research shows that departments with more women officers see better community outcomes, fewer use-of-force incidents, and stronger relationships with the public. CAWLE is committed to ensuring women have a clear path to success in law enforcement.

Creating a More Inclusive & Representative Police Force

The Chicago Association for Women in Law Enforcement (CAWLE) is proud to support the 30x30 Initiative, a national effort dedicated to increasing the representation of women in police recruit classes to 30% by 2030. CAWLE is helping shape the future of law enforcement by fostering a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable profession.
